these are what they are, cheap candles. The aluminum cup is the thinnest, smallest, chinsiest material you can possibly imagine. The wicks seem to have their own issues; sometimes burning, sometimes not. The candles can last 15 minutes before going out, never to be relit or burn for 3+ hours. Does not seem to be any noticeable scents, odors, or soot, so they seem to be very clean burning. So buying and using these candles depends exactly on what you want. They are not going to work in a chafing dish or as one of those terra cotta room warmers. For a scented potpurri/essential oil burner, probably. If you just want a little candle on your altar for morning prayers, great. So before buying these because they are inexpensive, remember you get what you pay for. For me, they work just fine.

I’m going to be very honest with you right now, I bought these when I was drunk. When they arrived I thought maybe I’ll send them back. However I started to use them. My only comparison were Ikea tea lights. Let me just say, bee Ikea tea lights were no good. However these lights are beautiful they glow they burn they do what they’re supposed to. I really like them you should buy them too. Side note word of advice: always review your orders after drinking you never know what you might buy!

A great price for 50 candles but the burn time is short instead of 4 hours it’s about 2.

I am very disappointed with them. I use tea candles all of the time, These candles do nor stay lit for very long at all. I am having to use twice as many of these than the ones I usually use. Do you have any that stay lit longer. I am on a fixed income, and the candles are one of the few pleasures I allow myself to enjoy. I use them to heat pot pouri and I use them to go to sleep by.

I keep ordering these candles over and over and over again. I use six every night for dinner and ambience. They last for hours approximately, do not leak, do not overflow. I can light them and forget about them. At the end of the evening the candle goes out the next morning I just take them out of the candleholder and throw them away …couldn’t be easier. They do not smell they do not smoke I love them. They come in a pack of 100 packed in plastic, I wish they came in a box like they used to but it is what it is. Otherwise I love these candles

When you need a LOT of tealights, it’s handy to buy them in bulk. This package will keep us going for a long time, and at a very reasonable price.We like them for the classic uses, like in jack’o’lanterns, but also have this great lamp- perfect for power outages- that uses the energy of 1 lit tealight to power 17 or so LED bulbs, for bright and effective light for reading, handwork, cooking, etc.
