These four wooden candle holders are very attractive. They are the perfect size for traditional pillar candles. We only use flameless candles, (except for some emergency candles), so I do not know how they would hold up to wax melting on them.As you can see from the pictures, the candle holders look perfect with pillar candles on them. They weigh the amount you would expect and have a smooth surface. I did put a couple of them in a stack just to see what they would look like – and really like that look as well. I like the look of real wood and these did not disappoint. Additionally, the price seems reasonable.

These wooden candle holders will work for me in a variety of ways. My initial plan is to use them on the mantle. Changing the pillars will make them easily adaptable for the seasons. I’ll also use them on the table for a little ambiance when we have company for dinner. They are well made and unlikely to tip over so an LED or wax candle would be safe to use. They will definitely come in handy for a change in decorations.

My home is fairly rustic and these candle holders fit in perfectly. Not only do I love the color of the wooden exterior, but because they are metal on the inside, they are perfect to use as coasters as well. If you like the looks of dark, beautiful stained wood and are in need of candle holders and/or drink coasters, I highly recommend that you give these a try.

I like these pillar candle holders’ wood texture. These are light weight and finished well. I dropped one and it did not dent or break. The issue is that these are too small for most pillar candles. I have a 2″ pillar in it now and when the wax drips, there isn’t much room for the holder to catch it so the wax spills over and you have a mess. The measurements are in the description and they are fairly accurate, just not practical if you get 2 1/2″ to 3″ pilllars.

I really like these white, beaded, octagon-shaped candle bases.There is so much space inside them that my pillar candle seemed small inside it. I could have added shells (which I’ll do in Summer) or greenery around the candle, but I decided to add more of my flameless candles to the base. There is still room inside the display holder and I’ll figure out what to add to finish the presentation, but for now this base with the candles is sitting near my desk so that I have comforting candlelight while my work hours extend into the dark.I also plan to use the other base for displaying figurines. I have a couple of dolphin figures that will look great surrounded by seashells for the Summertime.
