These shades came out beautiful! I wanted a very specific size in order to have 2 shades on each window set. I felt like one big one for each window set would be too heavy looking. I ordered one first, to make sur I liked it, and it was a couple of inches too short. The vendor is in China, so they said keep it, and re-order for a fee ( I think it was around $70-$80). I wasn’t thrilled that I was going to have that much money in ONE shade, but I could not find anything that I liked as much as these. So, I sent new measurements (added a few inches to the length), and ordered one. After I received it, and it was perfect, I ordered the other three. Honestly, the customer service was really good. We messaged back and forth over and over, trying to make sure we were understanding each other. Definitely a language barrier. But, they were very patient and polite, and we finally got there, lol. Shipping was fast for international shipping. They work so well, and my husband had no issues installing them. I highly recommend! Just over communicate! I couldn’t use the original shade that was too short, but gave it to my daughter. All worth it. Not something you can get from a big box store!
