one photo during the day and one in the early evening. During the day the window film is pretty true to the first image. When the sun is low in the sky it will create soft prism-like rainbows across the room. At night, the window film is flairs at every light beyond (street light, car headlights, house lights, moon, etc). While the prism effect is much more at night, I really prefer the look of the film during the day, where the effect is much more subtle.the film is easy to cut (used a rotary cutter) and went up very easy. I did re-roll the film the opposite direction and let it sit for a day to relax the curl a little before installing it.

The media could not be loaded.Looks as described, easy to install. Filters light just a touch (lets in more than my old cover, which was making the bathroom too dark, as seen in photos). Keeps the room bright but private. Pics taken on cloudy day, but the rainbows really pop on sunny days!

I purchased this to block out people walking by as it made our dogs bark. But didn’t want to hide the light from coming in. It’s covers perfectly and so pretty when the sun shines through it. Was easy to install and easy to cut to size.
