This was just what I was hoping for. Quick, easy, inexpensive coverage for the skylights in our RV. I used the Velcro strips so the shade is removable when we want the light.It really does block out the heat – which was my #1 priority. I’m super happy about that.I like that the kit came with a safety razor to make it easy to cut to size. The bag is also handy to keep all elements together for future jobs.Including some before & after pics

We don’t always want the baby’s room dark so a removable solution was right for us. They are fairly thick so you’ll want a good set of scissors. Be sure to follow the instructions to leave a 2-3cm around the edges. A little too much is better then a little too little. Once they are cut to fit they install quickly and can be rolled and set aside quickly. They block the light very well.

The curtain (100% Blackout Curtains for Bedroom) feels and cuts like vinyl. There is no strong vinyl smell for those sensitive to smell.I appreciate that everything you need to cut and mount these is included. It has a cutter, a soft tape measure, and mounting hardware for permanent (double-sided tape) and temporary installation (Velcro sticks). It mounts professionals.As in use case, these are great for multi-purpose rooms in a home like a study to temporary guest room. where these is a need for privacy and no light filtering in at night.Overall solid product.

It’s easy to cut with the little knife. I have a very big awkward shaped window in my camper and this worked out perfectly, and I had enough to cover the skylight windows, the do block the light well and the Velcro works well but I cut the pieces in half and spread them out more. The material is pretty thin but it works.

I work nights, so I sleep in the day time and need blackout curtains. After adding window A/C units this summer, the blackout curtains we had were either blocking the A/C units or had to be pinned to the side and thus let let in. This pack lets you cut the curtain to whatever shape needed, so we cut out around the A/C units and it blocks way more light now.
